Part time Asset Protection Visual Security Officer responsible for maintaining a safe shopping environment at the Willowbrook Mall location. Works closely with store management and mall security to deter theft and ensure compliance with safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Monitor sales floor and mall common areas for suspicious activity
• Conduct visual surveillance and report incidents to management
• Detain and recover stolen merchandise in accordance with policy
• Collaborate with local law enforcement when required
• Document incidents and maintain accurate activity logs
• Perform routine safety checks and loss prevention audits
• Assist with training staff on security awareness

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of related experience preferred
• Knowledge of retail loss prevention techniques
• Strong observational and reporting skills
• Ability to stand and patrol for extended periods
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
