Responsibilities

• Observe customer and employee activity on the sales floor and in common areas
• Conduct routine patrols of the outlet and surrounding perimeter
• Respond to suspicious behavior and investigate incidents
• Collaborate with store management to address safety and loss prevention concerns
• Assist with recovery of stolen merchandise and documentation of incidents
• Monitor surveillance systems and report irregularities
• Support cash handling and transaction monitoring as needed

Requirements

• Previous loss prevention or security experience preferred
• Ability to remain observant and respond calmly in stressful situations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and perform physical tasks
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Willingness to work part-time hours including weekends and holidays
