Visual Support Associate - 59th Street

Summary

Supports visual merchandising and store presentation to deliver a cohesive customer experience on the salesfloor. Works with visual and store teams to execute displays, fixtures, and merchandising directives. Maintains brand standards and ensures visual elements are refreshed and shop-ready throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation, maintenance, and teardown of displays, fixtures, and props on the salesfloor.
• Merchandise product according to visual plans and floor sets to meet presentation standards.
• Maintain signage, mannequins, and props, ensuring displays are clean and complete.
• Coordinate with store leadership and visual merchandising to execute resets and floor moves.
• Perform light stocking, organizing backstock, and other physical tasks to support the salesfloor.

Requirements

• 2+ years of retail or visual merchandising experience preferred.
• Ability to lift and carry merchandise and props; comfortable with physical, on-foot tasks.
• Strong attention to detail, visual sensibility, and ability to follow merchandising directives.
• Flexible availability including weekends and evenings to support store operations.
