Visual Support Associate - 59th Street

Summary

The Visual Support Associate provides hands-on support to the visual merchandising team in the store, executing display installations, fixture moves, and product resets to maintain presentation standards. Works closely with visual merchandisers and store leadership to complete merchandising projects on schedule and ensure the sales floor reflects brand and merchandising directives. This role is physical and requires attention to detail and flexibility in schedule.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation and maintenance of visual displays, signage, and props on the sales floor.
• Execute floor moves, fixture adjustments, and product resets according to planograms and direction.
• Move merchandise between stockroom and sales floor and ensure displays are fully merchandised and organized.
• Coordinate with visual merchandisers and store management to complete projects on time.
• Maintain merchandising supplies, equipment, and general store cleanliness; follow safety procedures when using ladders and carts.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of retail or visual merchandising experience preferred.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow visual directives and planograms.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
