Visual Support Associate - 59th Street

Summary

Provide hands-on support to the store visual merchandising team by executing displays, maintaining presentation standards, and assisting with fixture moves and resets. Work under the direction of visual leads to ensure on-floor styling aligns with merchandising plans and seasonal campaigns. Role requires physical labor, attention to detail, and collaboration with store operations to deliver a polished customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Install and dismantle visual displays, signage, and props according to planograms and creative direction.
• Maintain on-floor presentation standards, including steaming, folding, and product placement.
• Assist with fixture moves, merchandising resets, and seasonal floor transitions.
• Support inventory handling for visual assets and ensure tools and materials are organized and accounted for.
• Collaborate with store and visual teams to meet project timelines and safety guidelines.

Requirements

• Previous retail or visual merchandising experience preferred.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move merchandise and fixtures; comfortable with physical, on-foot work.
• Strong attention to detail and an eye for presentation and styling.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holiday periods as business needs require.
• Basic hand-tool proficiency and ability to follow visual directives and planograms.
