Summary
Senior marketing leader responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies across the Americas territory including North Central and South America and travel retail. Role leads five marketing verticals and collaborates with HQ commercial and finance to drive brand desirability support business goals and expand retail presence while managing a team of about 12 across multiple offices.
Responsibilities
- Localize and adapt global marketing strategies for markets and channels in the Americas
- Develop multi-year strategic plans and growth roadmaps
- Orchestrate integrated product and marketing launch plans with internal and external partners
- Implement omnichannel strategies across CRM media and retail with measurement frameworks
- Create go-to-market plans for Retail Franchise Wholesale and E-commerce channels
- Activate partnerships and curate luxury client experiences and journeys
- Direct development of media campaigns for branding and performance goals
- Execute PR and talent strategies to enhance brand visibility
- Manage brand marketing budget CAPEX and monitor KPIs
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years progressive brand or product marketing experience preferably in luxury
- Proven knowledge of the Americas region and cultural nuances
- Experience leading multi-disciplinary marketing teams and mentoring talent
- Strong analytical skills using consumer research and data to inform plans
- Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and complex go-to-market strategies
- Excellent interpersonal communication presentation and written skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing Communications or equivalent; Master’s or MBA preferred
- Spanish fluency is a strong asset
