WRTW Merchandising Manager

Summary

Supports the Women's Ready-to-Wear team in managing merchandising strategy for boutiques across the Americas. The role focuses on sales analysis, product assortment, inventory distribution, market insights, and product training, while collaborating with retail and corporate teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze weekly sales reports, prepare business recaps, and support stock rebalancing.
• Develop seasonal store and size assortments, execute product replenishment, and prepare seasonal market analysis.
• Partner with retail, visual merchandising, logistics, and store management teams on product needs, deliveries, markdowns, and assortment execution.
• Analyze market trends, competitors, client characteristics, sales trends, and product exposure across boutiques.
• Lead seasonal collection introductions and product training for store personnel, and prepare training presentations.
• Support selling events by identifying opportunities, monitoring merchandise and client orders, and providing product expertise.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of merchandising experience; luxury experience, ideally in women's ready-to-wear, is preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Strong organizational, time management, prioritization, communication, and presentation skills.
• Comfort with public speaking, teamwork, and frequent domestic and international travel.
