Warehouse Associate

Summary

Warehouse Driver and Operations Support Associates support the daily operations of Ralph Lauren retail stores through merchandise transportation, inventory processing, and stockroom organization. The role also supports customers and sales associates on the sales floor as business needs require.

Responsibilities

• Drive company vehicles safely, plan delivery routes, maintain vehicles, and keep accurate delivery and mileage records.
• Receive, inspect, process, and organize merchandise, including RFID scans, tagging, replenishment, transfers, and Ship to Home orders.
• Support sales associates with stock checks and merchandise delivery, assist customers, and process sales and returns according to company policies.
• Help maintain sales floor, fitting room, and visual merchandising standards while supporting front- and back-of-house operations.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; box truck driving experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of local routes and traffic patterns and proficiency with GPS navigation.
• Back-of-house experience or experience in a complex, high-volume specialty environment is preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively, work a flexible schedule, and lift or climb as needed, including lifting up to 30 pounds.
