Summary
Entry level Warehouse Coordinator responsible for spare part management, inventory control, shipping and receiving, and maintaining warehouse organization to support repair and store operations.
Responsibilities
- Receive incoming repairs and spare parts and create labels and locations.
- Pack finished goods and spare parts and prepare shipment documentation.
- Process store orders and backorders within 24 hours and receive shipments from distribution partners.
- Perform basic warehouse processes such as cycle counts and creating locations.
- Pick and match spare parts to repair and sales orders and create picking lists.
- Report and adjust stock discrepancies and create stock movements per finance rules.
- Inspect repairs waiting for parts and propose solutions for long delays.
- Maintain shipping area and warehouse organization and meet daily shipping goals.
- Participate in improvement projects and communicate issues with support teams.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 1-2 years experience with inventory and quality control preferred.
- Basic Microsoft Excel skills required.
- Strong organization and time management skills.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to lift or push up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle changing priorities.
- Willingness to work overtime as business demands.
