Warehouse Driver/Operations Support Associate

Summary

Entry level Warehouse Driver and Operations Support Associate responsible for transporting merchandise, receiving and processing deliveries, maintaining stockroom organization, and supporting inventory and sales floor operations. Role may be full-time or part-time and requires flexibility to adapt to store needs and schedules. Position supports logistical operations, customer service, and store presentation while following company standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles safely and adhere to traffic laws and schedules
• Plan routes and maintain vehicle care and maintenance records
• Process freight to meet units per hour goals and perform tagging and reticketing
• Execute RFID inventory scans and manage store transfers and Ship to Home orders
• Inspect deliveries for damage and verify packaging and sensor placement
• Support sales floor with stock checks, merchandise delivery, and customer interactions
• Assist with visual merchandising and maintain store presentation standards
• Participate in training and collaborate with team members to support operations

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Experience driving box trucks preferred and strong knowledge of local routes
• Proficiency with GPS navigation systems
• Back of house or high-volume retail experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver in stock and sales areas
• Ability to work flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and possible travel
• Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel
