Warehouse Driver Operations Support Associate

Summary

Part-Time Brand Ambassador role focused on delivering personalized customer service and supporting store operations including warehouse and driving tasks. The position emphasizes teamwork, inclusivity, and driving sales through customer engagement and use of company tools and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily business and achieve sales goals through customer engagement
• Support company and store initiatives and maintain store standards
• Participate in team training and use technology to support sales channels
• Support alternative purchasing processes such as ship to home and virtual tools
• Provide feedback to management on successes and category opportunities
• Maintain sales floor, stock rooms, and merchandising standards
• Build and begin to network to create a clientele

Requirements

• Retail or similar high-volume specialty environment experience preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and store personnel
• Ability to lift and climb up to 30 lbs and maneuver around sales floor and stock areas
• Ability to operate register and stand and walk for multiple hours
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days evenings weekends and possible overnight shifts
