Warehouse Ops Coordinator - Receiving Dock

The Warehouse Operations Coordinator at the Northern Cal Distribution Center is responsible for supporting the flow and optimization of processes within the fulfillment or distribution center. This role assists the Operations Manager with equipment and team member readiness, monitors productivity, leads safety and operational tasks, and supports process improvements.

• Support the department in achieving safety, quality, and performance goals while driving efficiency and problem-resolution.
• Create daily assignments and project actions, and reassign team members to meet business priorities.
• Communicate department results and inform operations managers of hourly goals and progress.
• Complete safety observations and model safe behavior.
• Coordinate with support teams such as safety, facilities, ICQA, and training to meet business needs.
• Complete daily tasks and trackers to ensure smooth hand-offs between shifts.
• Lead start of shift meetings, update communication boards, and support end of shift duties.

• 1+ years of warehouse experience in a fulfillment or distribution center.
• Proven time management skills and ability to prioritize.
• Understanding of multiple warehouse departments, processes, and programs.
• Maintain a sense of urgency and follow-through.
• Proficiency in technical systems including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and WM systems.
• Excellent customer service and team player attitudes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
