Warehouse Support

As a Warehouse Support team member, you will assist in managing ecommerce returns at our Northern New Jersey warehouse. This temporary, full-time role involves ensuring that all returns are processed accurately and efficiently, maintaining high standards of organization and adherence to health and safety guidelines.

• Ensure all customer returns and exchanges are completed in the system following correct procedures.
• Check returned items for damages and report faulty items to the appropriate department.
• Maintain communication with the customer service team regarding the status of returns and exchanges.
• Organize and maintain the returns area and warehouse, adhering to housekeeping and health and safety standards.
• Order warehouse packing supplies in a timely manner.
• Liaise with couriers to resolve shipping inquiries.
• Complete and submit all shipping and customs paperwork accurately.
• Assist with additional warehouse duties as required by management.

• 1+ years of experience in a warehouse or similar environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow procedures and escalate issues when necessary.
• Effective communication skills to liaise with customer service and couriers.
• Commitment to maintaining health and safety standards.
