Job Description

Summary

The Watch Business Manager is responsible for driving the growth and success of the watch category within North America and LATAM. This role requires a highly motivated and client-focused individual with a passion for watches, exceptional sales and training skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and partners. The Watch Business Manager will be the primary point of contact for all watch-related matters, ensuring consistent brand representation, achieving sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow the watch category in alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share and increase revenue.
  • Monitor and manage High Jewelry Watches and core watch sales with clear visibility on invoicing calendar while working closely with Watch and High Jewelry Analyst.
  • Understand market trends and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities for activations or specific product allocation.
  • Deliver comprehensive training to sales teams on watch product knowledge, sales techniques, and brand history.
  • Maintain an expert-level understanding of the watch collection, including technical specifications, and design elements.
  • Communicate and manage store Watch Experts, Ambassador Program, and other watch relations initiatives.
  • Collaborate with market teams to understand their specific needs and tailor support accordingly.
  • Confidently present the watch collection to clients and groups, articulating the brand's heritage, craftsmanship, and technical innovation.
  • Support and participate in market events or activations to promote the watch collection and generate sales.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key client advisors.
  • Share best practices and insights with colleagues to drive store performance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in the watch industry, with a proven track record of success in sales and business development.
  • Extensive knowledge of watches and jewelry, including technical specifications, design elements, and market trends.
  • Exceptional sales and presentation skills, with the ability to engage clients.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Business Object Reporting software.
  • Fluency in Spanish preferred.
  • Passion for watches and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
  • Regular travel to stores within US, Canada, and Latin America.
