Web Merchandising Associate

Summary

Support online merchandising initiatives for product presentation and category strategy at the Home Office. Work cross functionally to execute web assortment, space planning, and promotional activities to drive online sales and customer experience. Contribute to continuous improvement of site merchandising standards and workflow.

Responsibilities

• Manage online product placement and visual presentation across web categories.
• Coordinate with buying and creative teams to implement merchandising plans.
• Analyze sales and assortment performance to inform merchandising decisions.
• Execute seasonal launches and promotional merchandising updates.
• Ensure product content accuracy and consistency on the site.
• Support category resets and site navigation improvements.
• Assist with reporting and dashboards to track key metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in merchandising or related field preferred.
• Experience with e commerce merchandising or online retail operations.
• Proficiency with merchandising tools and data analysis.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to collaborate across cross functional teams and meet deadlines.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
