Act as a brand ambassador on weekends by building genuine connections with customers, offering personalized styling advice for handbags, and maintaining an organized and attractive sales environment to drive sales and loyalty.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients throughout the store and within the handbags department.
- Engage customers and offer personalized styling recommendations and product knowledge.
- Demonstrate selling and service behaviors to develop lasting customer relationships.
- Follow up on customer requests and commitments in a timely manner.
- Promote store services and handle transactions smoothly at point of sale.
- Assist across sales floor areas including fitting rooms and stockroom tasks.
- Maintain selling floor presentation, process new receipts, and return merchandise appropriately.
- Ensure compliance with merchandise protection standards and store policies.
- Collaborate with store leaders and peers to meet sales goals and foster a positive team environment.
Requirements
- Styling experience in luxury fashion or strong knowledge of designer handbags and trends.
- Proven ability to create meaningful customer connections and build brand loyalty.
- Customer service or sales associate experience preferred.
- Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift up to 30lb with or without accommodation.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency with technology and ability to operate a point of sale system.
- Hospitality mindset with initiative and results-driven approach to meet sales goals.
