Summary

Provide elevated selling and personalized styling for clients in-store and digitally, acting as a trusted style confidante. Use digital tools and omni-channel inventory to drive sales and maintain strong client relationships while working onsite and reporting to the Sales Manager.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain client relationships through personalized service and outreach
• Achieve individual sales, client conversion, and wardrobing goals
• Utilize digital selling tools and social media to engage clients and drive traffic
• Demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge for dresses and fashion trends
• Leverage omni-channel and fleetwide inventory to fulfill client needs
• Strategize personal business to increase productivity through outreach and technology
• Create a collaborative and positive work environment with colleagues

Requirements

• Experience in styling, fashion, or fashion retail
• Experience selling to clients using digital tools and technology
• Commission sales experience
• Motivated with ability to set and achieve sales goals
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Flexible work schedule and availability to work onsite
