Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients throughout the store and department to initiate the shopping experience.
- Engage customers and provide personalized styling and product recommendations.
- Demonstrate selling behaviors and follow up on customer requests and commitments.
- Promote store services and handle transactions using point of sale systems.
- Assist across store areas including sales floor and fitting rooms and maintain floor presentation.
- Process new receipts, replenish stock, and return merchandise to other departments.
- Ensure merchandise protection standards and store policies are followed.
- Collaborate with store leaders and peers to meet sales goals and foster a positive team environment.
- Maintain professional appearance and adhere to scheduled shifts including evenings weekends and holidays.
Requirements
- Styling experience in luxury fashion or strong knowledge of trends and designer brands.
- Experience creating meaningful customer connections and building brand loyalty.
- Ability to operate a point of sale system and use store technology.
- Ability to maneuver on the sales floor and lift up to 30lb with or without accommodation.
- Customer service or sales associate experience preferred.
- Flexible availability including evenings weekends and holidays.
- Motivated and results driven with ability to meet sales goals.
- Willingness to stand bend and perform physical tasks required by the role.
