Job Description

Reporting to: Loyalty and Retention Manager.

As an Associate Loyalty Specialist, you will play a crucial role in achieving key business objectives by supporting and implementing customer loyalty projects as well as participating in continuous improvement loyalty program and other customer retention initiatives.

You will be primarily responsible for supporting projects that will encourage repeat purchases and generate positive investment returns, maintaining customer dashboards, collaborating with other teams to optimize the customers and to take part in the selection of customers having access to exclusive advantages, and this, by collaborating in a transversal way. The ideal person will be able to reinforce an environment strongly focused on optimization using measurement and test methods while considering several approaches in line with the values, policies and procedures of the company.

Responsibilities

  • Support and ensure the smooth running of daily activities related to the loyalty program
  • Support the planning, development and launch of loyalty projects to exceed sales targets while honoring company and brand values
  • Create new relevant business offerings to present to specific customer segments
  • Create and analyze performance dashboards, identify opportunities for optimization and communicate results
  • Segment customer base to support targeted marketing campaigns or specific customer needs
  • Support the optimization of the activities of various teams by performing customer journey testing at various touchpoints
  • Collaborate with other teams to develop and implement cross-functional customer retention initiatives
  • Participate in the design and implementation of the loyalty roadmap
  • Stay abreast of emerging trends, best practices, strategies and industry standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
  • Mastery, an asset
  • A minimum of two years of experience in a role focused on data mining, customer relationship management, retention programs, email programs, or web projects
  • Proven ability to exceed profit growth expectations
  • Excellent understanding of data manipulation and segmentation
  • Excellent knowledge of Google Analytics, Excel and statistical programs
