Reporting to: Loyalty and Retention Manager.
As an Associate Loyalty Specialist, you will play a crucial role in achieving key business objectives by supporting and implementing customer loyalty projects as well as participating in continuous improvement loyalty program and other customer retention initiatives.
You will be primarily responsible for supporting projects that will encourage repeat purchases and generate positive investment returns, maintaining customer dashboards, collaborating with other teams to optimize the customers and to take part in the selection of customers having access to exclusive advantages, and this, by collaborating in a transversal way. The ideal person will be able to reinforce an environment strongly focused on optimization using measurement and test methods while considering several approaches in line with the values, policies and procedures of the company.
