The Operations Associate at Watchbox, a vintage luxury watch retailer, is responsible for supporting the efficient and effective operations of our store in New York. You will work closely with the small team in the New York office and the headquarters in Philadelphia to support the sales team and ensure that the back of house is organized and compliant with retail operations and standards. Your responsibilities will include receiving and handling stock orders, ensuring the accuracy of products received, supporting the sales team with retrieving stock, maintaining a tidy back of house, and performing quality control on all products. In addition, you will be responsible for handling adhoc administration tasks, such as answering telephone calls, responding to customer service inquiries, and ordering stationary and supplies. We are seeking a candidate with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team and handle a busy environment. Basic computer skills in Microsoft software are also required.
