With the exciting upcoming opening of our new Woodbury Commons store in September 2023, we are in search of an exceptional Store Manager. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing all store operations, providing leadership to our store team, and ensuring a high standard of customer service in alignment with the Eleventy brand ethos.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of store operations, including sales, staffing, product display, inventory management, and store security.
• Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to provide exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, maximize profitability, and meet store’s financial objectives.
• Promote a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the store.
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure a superior in-store experience that aligns with the Eleventy brand values.
• Coordinate with the Eleventy corporate team to implement marketing strategies, promotions, and visual merchandising directives.
• Manage the recruitment, training, and performance evaluations of store staff.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3-5 years of managerial experience in a high-end retail setting, preferably in the luxury fashion industry.
• Proven leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Exceptional knowledge of fashion and retail trends.
• Strong understanding of business management principles, including sales forecasting, inventory management, and budgeting.
• Excellent customer service skills, with a passion for delivering an exceptional in-store experience.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
