Summary
Lead development of the brand at retail within an assigned New York City territory by executing corporate strategies, driving sales growth, and serving as a brand ambassador. Oversee teams across retail locations, build relationships with store partners, and provide feedback to corporate to improve market performance. Coach and develop managers and consultants while ensuring merchandising and budgetary guidelines are followed.
Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador and communicate brand heritage and values to clients and teams.
- Drive retail and net sales goals and perform sales analysis to propose improvements.
- Recruit, hire, coach, and motivate Business Managers, Beauty Consultants, Ambassadors, and Selling Specialists.
- Develop client acquisition and retention strategies including CRM initiatives and events.
- Collaborate with store management to plan and execute product launches, promotions, and events.
- Implement corporate merchandising guidelines and negotiate for merchandising space at counters.
- Manage budgets and maintain T E expenses within provided limits.
- Partner with Education to train and develop teams and support intersell activities.
- Provide regular feedback to Corporate and share best practices with other locations.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of prestige beauty, fragrance, or skincare sales and management experience.
- Prior experience as a Business Manager, in sales, or training roles.
- Strong leadership skills with ability to recruit and build high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication, client orientation, and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Analytical and problem solving skills to improve store performance.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle business information sensitively.
- Microsoft Office experience preferred.
