Summary
Responsible for executing corporate business strategies and providing on-site retail sales support across the Northeast market. Own the market by driving sales results, coaching boutique teams, and acting as a Guerlain brand ambassador to deliver an elevated client experience.
Responsibilities
- Execute business strategies and support retail sales in assigned market.
- Train, motivate, and develop Beauty Advisors Selling Specialists and Business Managers.
- Plan and execute product launches promotions and special events with store management.
- Develop CRM initiatives grow the client base and drive customer retention.
- Perform sales analysis identify opportunities and propose improvement actions.
- Negotiate with store personnel to secure space and optimize merchandising locations.
- Recruit hire coach and build a high performing retail network.
- Provide regular feedback to Corporate and share best practices across locations.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree.
- 5+ years of prestige beauty fragrance or skincare sales and management experience.
- Prior experience as a Business Manager in sales or training preferred.
- Strong communication recruiting and team development skills.
- Analytic problem solving and Microsoft Office experience preferred.
- Entrepreneurial client oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
