Summary
Support growth of High Jewelry and Haute Horlogerie through product movement, allocation, client program management, and cross functional collaboration. Partner with US and Global High End Business Development teams and boutique partners to drive sales performance, manage inventory logistics, and support events and client engagements. Provide analytical insights and selling tools to optimize assortment and client experiences.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound and outbound transfers between boutiques for client appointments and international movement
- Analyze product requests and propose strategic alternatives to optimize sales and inventory
- Manage High End product loans for press and editorial in partnership with PR
- Assist in management of model stock and boutique assortments with visual merchandising and leadership
- Work with Customs Compliance to ensure accuracy of proformas for international shipping
- Collaborate with Operations Aftersales and service centers to maintain inventory and meet ETAs for appointments and events
- Create selling tools and client portfolios to support boutique sales associates
- Support planning and logistics for local and international High End events and client entertainment
- Run inventory and sales reports and assist in stock to sales analysis and replenishment requests
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- 2-4 years minimum of luxury watches and fine jewelry experience
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and VLOOKUP
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and ability to build data driven decks
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data and numbers
- Understanding of supply chain inventory management and distribution
- Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment
- Ability to travel domestically approximately 10% and be in office at least three days per week
