Summary
Regional sales leader responsible for executing corporate business strategies and providing on-site retail sales support across the Northeast market. Acts as a brand ambassador to drive sales, develop client relationships, and coach boutique teams to deliver a best in class client experience while partnering with corporate and store stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Drive retail and net sales to achieve established targets for the Northeast market.
- Coach, train, and develop Beauty Advisors, Selling Specialists, and Business Managers.
- Plan and execute product launches, promotions, special events, and merchandising in partnership with store management.
- Develop and grow client base through CRM and retention strategies.
- Perform sales analysis and propose actions to improve performance.
- Recruit and build a network of high-performing retail teams.
- Collaborate with Corporate and provide feedback and best practices to other retail locations.
- Negotiate with store personnel to optimize space and product placement.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and implement innovative solutions.
Requirements
- Associate degree or equivalent.
- 5+ years of prestige beauty, fragrance, or skincare sales and management experience.
- Prior experience as a Business Manager, Sales, or Training role.
- Strong coaching, communication, and team building skills.
- Analytical and problem solving skills with ability to perform sales analysis.
- Client focused with experience in CRM and retention strategies.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
- Microsoft Office experience preferred.
