Monitor EDI transactions, routing guides, and retailer compliance requirements; work with finance to resolve deductions and minimize chargebacks.
Maintain wholesale ordering platforms such as JOOR or NuORDER.
Prepare weekly selling reports, sell-through analyses, order summaries, open-to-buy reviews, and seasonal account recaps; flag risks and opportunities by account and category.
Prepare line sheets and presentation materials, support market appointments and order writing, and coordinate samples and showroom organization.
Travel occasionally for market weeks and account visits.
Requirements
2 to 3 years of wholesale experience in luxury, designer, or contemporary women's apparel.
Direct experience working with major U.S. department stores, such as Bloomingdale's, Neiman Marcus, Saks Fifth Avenue, or Nordstrom.
Strong knowledge of the purchase order lifecycle, EDI, retailer vendor portals, and wholesale order management systems.
Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and lookups, and confidence working with sales data.
Strong organization, attention to detail, follow-through, and professional communication skills.
Ability to take ownership of account needs and work effectively with buyers and internal teams in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
