Account Planner

As an Account Planner at CHANEL in New York, you will be a key player in supporting the sell-in and sell-out strategy, account relationships, and stock optimization strategy for our wholesale accounts. You will work closely with multiple functions within our Fragrance & Beauty division to meet sales and inventory plans and service level objectives.

• Manage and execute phase-ins, phase-outs, and return of goods on discontinued items.
• Support retail sales and net shipment plans by collaborating with internal partners and retailer merchant teams.
• Assist in reviewing and re-projecting merchandise, inventory, and financial plans.
• Recognize retail trends and adjust forecasts accordingly.
• Partner with internal teams to understand retail potential of planned promotional activities.
• Drive financial disciplines and inventory efficiency.
• Provide analysis and distribution of key retailer KPIs.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain Planning teams on OMNI inventory needs.
• Support business performance improvement initiatives.

• 3 years of experience in Operations, Inventory, or Account Planning.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Merchandising, or Planning.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and retail management software.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and systems acumen.
• Fundamental knowledge of Supply Chain processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
