With streamlined systems and operations in place, we are seeking an experienced senior sales leader to elevate our major accounts business and explore new opportunities. If you have successfully sold women’s apparel to major retailers such as Nordstrom, Saks, Shopbop, Revolve, or Bloomingdale’s, and possess existing buyer relationships, this role offers the chance to make an immediate impact. Focus on what you do best: selling, building relationships, and driving revenue with strong operational support.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with top-tier buyers and decision-makers.
- Lead sales appointments and seasonal strategy for multiple brands.
- Drive wholesale revenue across major retailers.
- Open new accounts through proactive outreach and market development.
- Spot reorder and upsell opportunities using performance data and buyer feedback.
- Stay ahead of market trends, retailer calendars, and competitive activity.
- Partner closely with the operations team to ensure smooth post-sale follow-through.
- Represent the company and our brands at tradeshows, market weeks, and major account visits.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience selling women’s apparel into major retailers, with existing buyer relationships ready to leverage.
- A track record of hitting and exceeding revenue targets.
- Confidence in the showroom, on pitch calls, and during line reviews.
- Proactive strategic thinker and motivated to drive sales.
- Ability to both grow existing accounts and open new business.
- Deep knowledge of retailer-specific requirements and sales cycles.
- Top-level organizational skills, managing multiple accounts, collections, and timelines effectively.
- Extreme attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with strong grammar and professionalism.
