Licensing Associate - Apparel Footwear and Accessories

As a Licensing Associate in Apparel, Footwear, and Accessories, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Global Licensing Division and its partners. You will coordinate daily activities, manage interactions with stakeholders, and report directly to the Licensing Lead.

• Support design development by scheduling milestone meetings and ensuring stakeholder attendance.
• Maintain the Master Licensing Product Development Calendar and facilitate cross-functional meetings.
• Take detailed notes during meetings and follow up on open issues.
• Consolidate buys post-market for licensed products in RL DTC channels.
• Monitor market competition and maintain pricing comparison charts.
• Own scheduling and record-keeping of business reviews and sales reports.
• Define and implement a distribution review process and consolidate account requests.
• Manage communication for special projects across all Polo categories.
• Assist in presentations for internal and external meetings.

• 2-3 years of experience in licensing, merchandising, buying/planning, or sales.
• Strong strategic and analytical thinking with problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Outlook and MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural, and diverse environment.
