Summary
Responsible for executing corporate business strategies and providing on-site retail sales support across the Northeast market. Act as a brand ambassador to drive sales, develop client relationships, and coach boutique teams to deliver a luxury client experience. Own market performance through business development, merchandising, and partnership with corporate and store teams.
Responsibilities
- Execute business strategies and achieve retail and net sales goals.
- Provide training and motivation to Beauty Advisors Selling Specialists and Business Managers.
- Develop and grow client base through CRM and retention initiatives.
- Plan and support product launches promotions and special events with store management.
- Perform sales analysis propose actions and share best practices with corporate and counterparts.
- Negotiate for merchandising space and implement corporate merchandising guidelines.
- Recruit hire coach and motivate retail consultants to build a high performing team.
- Partner with Education to train and develop boutique staff for elevated client experience.
- Identify market opportunities create action plans and contribute to continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree required.
- 5+ years of prestige beauty fragrance or skincare sales and management experience.
- Prior experience as a Business Manager Sales or Training role preferred.
- Strong communication recruiting and team building skills.
- Entrepreneurial results oriented mindset with client focused approach.
- Resourceful with strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and collaborate with corporate and store partners.
- Microsoft Office experience preferred.
