Accounting Analyst

As an Accounting Analyst, you will support the Accounts Payable Director in areas such as T&E audit, analysis, reporting, and Concur administration. This role offers a hybrid work schedule, with three days a week based out of the NYC office.

• Prepare monthly departmental T&E reports and analyze against budget/latest estimates.
• Propose and prepare journal entries for reclassifying or correcting T&E entries.
• Review and audit employees’ monthly expense reports for supporting documentation and policy compliance.
• Manage Concur T&E reporting system to ensure optimal operation and compliance with workflows.
• Implement Concur upgrades and T&E-related software.
• Produce ad-hoc T&E reports for internal control and management review.

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Concur T&E reporting system.
• Experience with SAP and Cognos BI is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience in auditing and compliance.
