Responsibilities- Partner with After Sales Manager and store staff to resolve client issues and address product quality concerns.
- Support the Senior Manager with After Sales training, including creating presentations and sharing morning briefs in stores.
- Assist in identifying and validating new local repair vendors, including site visits and vendor test reviews.
- Participate in monthly workshop calls and compile meeting notes for the team.
- Analyze service excellence results and work with the Senior Manager to deliver results to stores.
- Support the uniform dispatch process from data gathering to delivery, collaborating with partners in Paris as needed.
- Aid in the launch and execution of After Sales and Client Services projects.
- Provide regular updates to VP and Senior Manager on delegated tasks, ensuring timely follow-up and anticipating department needs.
- Conduct competitive research on relevant After Sales and Client Service topics.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or environment.
- Strong planning and organizational skills with attention to detail and priority for deadlines.
- Ability to multi-task and remain flexible in high-stress situations.
- Resourceful problem-solving skills and enthusiasm for the role.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
- Strong work ethic and team player mentality.
- Flexibility to travel as needed.
- Proficient in negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
