Responsibilities

• Measure, pin, alter, hem, and repair garments to achieve proper fit and finish.
• Operate sewing machines, sergers, and pressing equipment safely and effectively.
• Conduct customer fittings and communicate alteration options, pricing, and timelines.
• Maintain accurate records of alteration orders, measurements, and completion dates.
• Keep work area, equipment, and inventory organized and stocked with necessary supplies.

Requirements

• Previous experience in garment alterations, tailoring, or sewing.
• Proficiency with industrial sewing machines, hand stitching, and garment construction techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality workmanship.
