Responsibilities

• Complete precise garment alterations to high tailoring standards.
• Consult with clients and Client Advisors during fittings, offering guidance on garment construction, styling, and fit.
• Take ownership of garments throughout the tailoring process and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manage workload and communicate timelines, delays, and expectations.
• Collaborate with the store team to support smooth operations and a premium in-store experience.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in luxury tailoring or alterations.
• Proficiency in garment construction, fittings, and finishing techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellent workmanship.
• Technical problem-solving skills and a high-touch service approach.
• Fluent English communication skills and ability to work with diverse teams.
