Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized consultations and curated looks, and promote Made to Measure services.
• Build client relationships through networking, CRM follow-ups, and personalized selling.
• Develop product and craftsmanship knowledge, use digital tools, and provide after-sales service.
• Contribute to sales and service KPIs, share customer insights, and support store operations.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in luxury retail or client-focused sales.
• Proficiency with digital tools and CRM platforms, and knowledge of clienteling practices.
