Alterations - Store Support - King Of Prussia

Summary

Provide excellent customer service at the point of sale and support alterations and store operations. Assist customers in person and by phone with sales, returns and order fulfillment while maintaining a neat and organized department. Support team needs by restocking, cleaning and keeping the sales floor and cash wrap runway ready.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers over the phone and at checkout with sales returns and other transactions
• Provide friendly fashion advice and help customers with purchase decisions
• Maintain department appearance including straightening lightly cleaning and restocking
• Support order fulfillment and order pick up as needed
• Build customer relationships by promoting events gift cards and rewards program
• Manage multiple customer tasks in a fast paced environment
• Operate computer systems to process transactions and access information

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organization and follow through
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and requests
• Proficiency with computers and willingness to learn new applications
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
• Ability to stand and move continuously for 6-8 hours including bending and reaching
• Regularly lift up to 10 pounds occasionally up to 25 pounds
