Summary

As the Analyst, Distribution you will act as the pivotal link between markets and HQ Supply & Distribution, overseeing operational metrics related to supply, inventory, logistics, and warehousing. You will support product availability, inventory replenishment cycles, and finished goods allocation across global distribution centers based on forecasts and market needs. You will own analysis, reporting, and KPIs for global inventory, supply, freight, and warehousing while collaborating with markets and external partners to optimize service levels.

Responsibilities

• Own bi-weekly DC replenishment process for North America and Canada markets.
• Complete UK order placement and follow-up for UK B2B replenishment process.
• Own weekly Service Alerts data collection and global market communications.
• Manage finished goods inventory allocation for all DCs balancing stock levels, lead times, forecasts, launch priorities, and market requirements.
• Partner on monthly filler inventory reconciliations.
• Own monthly freight financials and emissions reporting and develop logistics KPIs.
• Partner with DCs to build a KPI dashboard focusing on order fulfillment, inventory and storage utilization, labor productivity, and total cost per order.

Requirements

• Experience in supply chain, inventory management, logistics, and warehouse operations with responsibility for reporting and KPI ownership.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to coordinate with global markets and external partners.
• Ability to remain in a stationary position on average 7.5 hours/day, perform light to moderate lifting, and regularly stand, sit, reach, stoop, kneel, and operate a computer and telephone.
