Analyst Supply Management

As an Analyst in Supply Management, you will play a crucial role in managing vendor relationships and ensuring the smooth operation of purchase orders and supply chain processes. You will work closely with the Director and Manager to analyze and report on acquisition and purchase plans, while maintaining a strong understanding of Elsa Peretti designs and vendor capabilities.

• Communicate and confirm accurate details of acquisition schedules to vendors and process purchase orders.
• Manage and prioritize firm requirements, addressing capacity constraints and late deliveries.
• Ensure data integrity related to product costs, production lead-time, and ordering rules.
• Provide analysis and reports to meet business needs and track vendor performance.
• Foster positive partnerships with vendors and cross-functional teams to achieve mutual objectives.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies and support major projects and meeting preparations.

• College Degree required.
• Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Strong computer and analytical skills.
• Preferred knowledge of JD Edwards, Business Objects, Power BI, JDA, and advanced Excel skills.
• Working knowledge of DRP functions and processes.
