Asset Protection Investigator

Summary

The Asset Protection Investigator supports store safety and helps prevent losses from theft and fraud. This on-site role protects customers, employees, merchandise, and store operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the general safety of customers, employees, and the store, and assist with emergency situations.
• Monitor and conduct surveillance to identify internal or external theft and fraud.
• Conduct investigations and document loss prevention incidents, thefts, merchandise recoveries, accidents, and audits.
• Reduce inventory loss through audits and training, and support store operations programs.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in Loss Prevention or Asset Protection.
• Customer-focused mindset and verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic proficiency with computer software.
• Investigative and conflict management skills, and ability to adapt to changing directions or unexpected situations.
