The Asset Protection Visual Security Officer provides a visible, welcoming presence at the store entrance to help deter theft and support a safe shopping environment. The role also assists customers and contributes to a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers on the selling floor.
• Visually monitor customer traffic entering and exiting the store.
• Deter theft through visual observation and communicate suspicious activity to Asset Protection or Security.
• Help maintain a safe business environment for customers and colleagues.

Requirements

• No education or experience is required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods, occasionally reach, stoop, kneel, or crouch, and frequently lift or move up to 30 pounds.
