As an Assistant Boutique Director for Fine Jewelry and Timepieces in Beverly Hills, you will work closely with the Boutique Director to manage the sales team and ensure exceptional customer service. Your role will involve enhancing sales, minimizing stock losses, and attracting new clients while maintaining the store's high standards.

• Increase sales and monitor sales performance and conversion rates daily.
• Provide outstanding customer service and inspire the team to do the same.
• Assist in setting and monitoring sales goals for Sales Associates.
• Participate in merchandise displays and presentations.
• Train, coach, and lead sales associates in selling skills.
• Conduct regular store meetings to discuss performance and sales training.
• Coordinate sales promotion activities, including seasonal sales and trunk shows.
• Oversee compliance with company policies and standards.
• Lock and secure the store, ensuring adherence to security procedures.

• 5+ years of retail experience, with at least 1 year in management within a luxury setting.
• Strong knowledge of the luxury industry and fashion sensitivity.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain presence on the selling floor for extended periods.
