Assistant Boutique Director

Summary

The Assistant Boutique Director supports the Boutique Director in leading the Chloé boutique team and overseeing operations. They act as the boutique leader in the Director's absence while helping deliver strong business results and an exceptional client experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead team briefings, coach sales associates, support recruitment and onboarding, and coordinate product and commercial training.
• Maintain boutique standards, oversee stock management, and ensure compliance with company policies and operational guidelines.
• Support client relationship development, monitor CRM targets, and ensure consistent client database follow-up.
• Drive sales and omnichannel engagement, analyze performance, develop action plans with the Boutique Director, and motivate the team to meet targets.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and coach a boutique team.
• Strong knowledge of boutique operations, stock management, client development, and sales performance.
• Ability to deliver excellent customer service and support business objectives.
