Summary
Lead and support the Fragrance and Beauty boutique as key partner to the Boutique Director, driving exceptional client experience through leadership, operational excellence, coaching, and a passion for beauty. Spend majority of time on the sales floor while overseeing back of house operations and ensuring boutique standards are upheld. Serve as acting lead in the Director's absence and support event and inventory activities.
Responsibilities
- Lead the sales team and provide floor coverage while delivering superior client service.
- Develop and coach team members to elevate product knowledge and artistry skills.
- Manage boutique operations including stock, receiving, shipping, and inventory reporting.
- Maintain organized stock storage and oversee MMS system operations.
- Execute standard operating procedures and uphold brand image and visual merchandising.
- Assist in event planning, coordination, and execution for boutique activities.
- Establish relationships with corporate partners for operational support.
- Ensure omni-channel service to provide a seamless client experience between in-store and online.
Requirements
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 3+ years of related leadership sales experience in a luxury retail or operational role.
- Strong organizational, communication, and coaching skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines.
- Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
- Detail oriented and operationally savvy with inventory and stock management experience.
- Passion for client experience and ability to foster long lasting client relationships.
