Assistant Boutique Director

As an Assistant Boutique Director at Hublot in Houston, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Boutique Director in all aspects of boutique operations. You will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maximizing boutique performance in a luxury retail environment.

• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction in all negotiations and after-sales service.
• Maintain brand integrity and ensure daily display follows HQ guidelines.
• Conduct weekly reporting on boutique sales and operations.
• Manage inventory controls, stock orders, and logistics of returns.
• Assist in achieving financial targets, including sales and inventory management.
• Support boutique events and ensure social media accounts are updated.
• Mentor Sales Associates and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Act as manager on the floor in the absence of the Boutique Director.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of related experience, with at least 2 years in retail management.
• Previous experience in luxury retail required.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• High customer focus and strong interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of the timepieces industry is desired.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
