Assistant Boutique Manager

As an Assistant Boutique Manager at A. Lange & Söhne in San Francisco, you will serve as a brand ambassador, reflecting the brand image to boutique clients. You will assist in achieving sales targets and managing day-to-day operations, supporting the boutique manager in various responsibilities.

• Meet personal budgets and achieve Boutique KPIs as defined by the Boutique Manager and Retail Director.
• Analyze business opportunities and support sales team in building action plans to achieve targets.
• Act as manager-on-duty in the absence of the boutique manager and support team management and training.
• Ensure adherence to Richemont and Brand audit regulations and policies.
• Support customer experience and CRM-related activities, ensuring genuine relationship building with customers.

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 5+ years of experience in luxury retail management and boutique operations.
• Strong critical thinking, solution-oriented, and organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts and travel as needed.
• Proficiency with MS Office and SAP preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
