Summary
The Store Director leads store strategy, operations, people development, client experience, and sales performance to drive business results and uphold luxury service standards. This role provides cross functional leadership to optimize store performance, execute company strategy, and foster a client centric culture.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coach store team to deliver superior client service and after sales experience.
- Drive sales performance and achieve targets through floor leadership and staff allocation.
- Develop and implement CRM and clienteling initiatives to grow and retain top clients.
- Oversee store operations including inventory management, loss prevention, and visual merchandising standards.
- Recruit, onboard, and develop talent, conducting performance reviews and career conversations.
- Plan and execute local events and product launches to drive client attendance and sales.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health safety, and security procedures.
- Analyze selling reports and market trends to inform strategies and actions.
- Maintain strong community and competitive awareness to build market presence.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of sales management experience in retail luxury or service related industry.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to analyze business trends and reports.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional client experiences and build loyalty.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook.
- High degree of ethics professionalism integrity and ability to inspire trust.
- Flexibility to work retail schedule including evenings weekends and holidays.
