Summary
Assist Boutique Director in leading the Fragrance and Beauty boutique by driving exceptional client experiences, overseeing sales floor and back of house operations, and coaching the team to elevate performance and standards.
Responsibilities
- Support Boutique Director with day to day leadership and assume oversight in their absence
- Lead the team on the sales floor and provide superior service to every client
- Manage operational tasks including inventory, receiving, shipping, and MMS system duties
- Maintain organized stock storage and ensure visual merchandising and hygiene standards
- Delegate priorities and balance time between sales floor and back of house operations
- Partner with corporate contacts for operational support and reporting
- Assist in event planning, coordination, and execution
- Attend seasonal seminars and corporate meetings to align on brand initiatives
Requirements
- High School diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3+ years of related leadership sales experience in a luxury retail environment
- Strong organizational, communication, and coaching skills
- Operationally savvy with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Flexible schedule with ability to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative retail team environment
- Passion for client experience and desire to learn and develop others
