Assistant Boutique Manager

As an Assistant Boutique Manager at IWC Schaffhausen in Aventura, you will support the Boutique Manager in leading the boutique and driving business in a fast-paced environment. You will foster team development and ensure exceptional client service while managing day-to-day operations.

• Assist the boutique manager with business planning, sales monitoring, and strategy development.
• Lead daily operations including stock management, visual merchandising, and vendor management.
• Support team performance through coaching and mentoring.

• 5+ years of experience in the luxury retail industry or equivalent.
