Assistant General Manager

As an Assistant General Manager at our Miami location, you will support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Assist in managing store operations and staff, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Support the General Manager in achieving sales targets and operational goals.
• Coordinate with team members to maintain store standards and visual merchandising.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
• Participate in recruitment, training, and development of staff.

• 3+ years of experience in retail management or a similar role.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
