Assistant Boutique Manager

As an Assistant Boutique Manager at Montblanc in Sunrise, FL, you will co-manage the sales, customer service, and operations of the retail boutique. You will play a crucial role in the growth and development of the sales team, ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with store procedures.

• Co-create and direct a high-performance team to achieve boutique sales results.
• Provide leadership to execute sales generation, operational, visual, and human resources functions.
• Work with the District Manager/Sales Manager to coach Sales Associates in client development and customer service.
• Communicate and uphold Montblanc Brand Standards.
• Manage stock movement, including shipping and receiving.
• Support management in achieving operational tasks and audit targets.
• Co-manage store and associates to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Enhance customer service focus and promote clientele techniques.
• Ensure Montblanc Brand Standards and store presentation standards are maintained.

• 2+ years of retail management experience, luxury preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High school graduate or equivalent, college degree preferred.
• Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office.
• Experience with SAP is a plus.
